SHIPPING

Shipping to all reachable areas in Egypt take from 2-7 days since date of purchase. In extremely rare events some orders may take longer due to unusual conditions.

Please note that order previews or partial receipts are not available with the courier. You may receive the package and then contact us for any returns or exchanges according to our policy.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

We offer returns and exchanges on all items under the following conditions

-All discounted items cannot be returned (applied in bundles too).

• Customers may request a refund or exchange within a 10-day period from the date of received, accompanied by proof of purchase or the order number.

• All purchased items should be in their original condition (unwashed, unaltered, spotless) with the all tags intact.

• Your request will be reviewed immediately post its submission and you should receive an email shortly after with the status of your request.

• Shipping expenses required to execute a return or an exchange are on the customer.

• Both returns and exchanges may take up to 10 business days.

• All customer service emails will be replied to within the period from 10 PM to 7 PM.

• All returns are executed through Instapay.

Changes & Cancellations

• In order to change or cancel your order, you need to contact us as soon as possible since all dispatched orders are not subjected to change or cancellation.
